The Role
We're seeking a driven BDR & Customer Success Associate who's hungry to grow their sales career in the exciting intersection of technology and venture capital. This position offers you comprehensive exposure to the entire customer lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with prospects, close deals, and ensure customer success and play a key role in company growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct compelling product demos for warm leads
- Set up and manage new customer accounts for handoff to account executives
- Guide new customers through seamless onboarding experiences
- Build relationships with fund managers and investment professionals
- Leverage AI tools to optimize sales and customer success processes
- Take initiative on process improvements and growth opportunities
